What kind of bouncy castles do you offer, and what age groups are they suitable for?

How far in advance should someone book a bouncy castle for their event, and what's your cancellation policy?
Depending on the event and time of year, always best to give yourself 3 months in advance & if we dont have the one you want, we will surely have another.
What safety measures do you take when setting up and operating bouncy castles?
Safety is our top priority when setting up and operating bouncy castles. We follow strict procedures to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone:
Thorough Site Inspection: We assess the setup location for hazards like uneven ground, sharp objects, overhead obstructions, and proximity to fences or buildings.
Secure Anchoring: All bouncy castles are properly anchored using heavy-duty stakes or sandbags, depending on the surface (grass, concrete, etc.), to prevent movement or tipping.
Weather Monitoring: We constantly monitor weather conditions and will not set up or operate in high winds (typically over 15–20 mph), heavy rain, or lightning.
Quality Equipment Checks: Every inflatable is inspected before and after each use for damage, wear, and cleanliness. We only use high-quality, safety-certified inflatables.
Clear Safety Rules Provided: We provide clear safety instructions and signage, including limits on the number of users and height/age restrictions. These must be followed at all times.
Supervision Requirements: We require adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use. For staffed events, our trained team members actively supervise to enforce rules and assist where needed.
Electrical Safety: All blowers and extension cords are PAT-tested (if in the UK) or regularly inspected (if elsewhere), and we ensure they’re protected from tripping hazards and water exposure.
Insurance & Compliance: We carry full public liability insurance and comply with all relevant local safety regulations and guidelines
